Congratulations to the Penn-Delco students who were recognized in the 2024 Americanism Essay Contest, sponsored by American Legion Post 926!
This year’s prompt - “What does ‘America the Beautiful’ mean to me?” - inspired thoughtful and personal reflections from students across the region.
All honorees were invited to attend a special awards ceremony hosted by American Legion Post 926 on March 30. We’re proud to celebrate the following students for their outstanding work:
