2026 Flu Clinic Provided by Springfield Pharmacy, October 22
We are happy to announce that the flu shot team from Springfield Pharmacy will provide flu vaccinations for students and staff on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
An online consent form is required for anyone receiving a flu shot. Please complete the Flu Shot Consent Form by 5 p.m. on October 21.
Registered students will receive their flu shot during the school day. Staff can visit Sun Valley High School between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. to receive their vaccination.
